We are back from BCR, and we shot alot of ass! I read in the paper that this year the cops were supposed to be friendly and less harassing – BUT THAT SHIT WAS A MOTHER FUCKING LIE! I saw people getting tickets for tints on their rides being too dark, jaywalking, bumpers being to high off the ground and other bullshit. Its real stupid for them to continually fuck with a major source of income for the businesses in the area. After I lifted up this one female’s dress to get a shot of her thong, she bent over to give me a GOOD SHOT – next thing I know 2 BLACK COPS pull her into the street and slap handcuffs on her. She didnt flash any titties or pussy and they arrested her. THAT WAS REAL FUCKED UP – they should have simply looked away. Those cops had an agenda to fuck up the vibe and cause us to think about going elsewhere in the future. They had representatives from the city out there telling us that Daytona has a Black Mayor now and that we would be taken care of – I didnt see any improvement, in fact it was worst this year than last.

On a positive note, we got hours of good footage and I going to hit the lab for a few days banging out our new DVD BCR Madness 2004.

Getting ready for BCR in Daytona next weekend I pulled out my promo bag from last year’s Memorial Day action on South Beach. Thats were I collect all of the free shit people hyping their products n shit. Alot of t-shirts, stickers, music CDs, promo mix tapes, business cards and other whatnots. I dont throw anything out until I look it over or listen to it. So I come across a CD/DVD from some cats out of New York called H.U.N.C. ( Harlem Up and Coming Records) I pop the dvd in and watched it – pretty damn entertaining, I got some good laughs from it. I apologize for keeping your product stuffed in the closet for almost a year but I have to give you cats credit your shit was ok. To be straight with you I liked the dvd more than the music cd, but all in all I was impressed with your hunger and enthusiastic attitude. I wish you cats all the best. I did a search for HUNC, nothing came up – So I figured I’d let ya know here.

Miami has won 10 of its last 11 games and remains one game behind the fifth-place Bucks in the East standings.

I hit Miami early Sunday morning (around 3am), checked into the hotel and crashed til about 10. I finally made my way down to Bicentenial Park at around 1:30pm. The gates were supposed to open at 1, but they had the people waiting in the blazin’ ass sun until a little after 2pm. I kept circling the area looking for some potential talent to arrive. I took a look inside the park to see what exactly was planned and they didnt have shit but a few tents selling food, the army’s H2 hummer recruiters, some gyro ride thing, and a stage. On the radio they never said anyone ‘known’ was performing so… Around 6:30pm people started flocking in at a good rate. I saw some ass out there, but most werent useable. Some local area music acts performed and I left the park when Luke got on stage. Around 8:30 the whole area up to Bayside was filled with people just standing around. It was pretty sad. The promoters of this thing charged $10 a head to enter the park so they made out pretty good. Overall it was a waste of time. I wouldnt have known if I didnt go tho’ – So, this is part of what I do to get content for my visitors at BP. Some hit, some miss. This was a MISS!
