Its never cool when a vicious rumors spread, but one saying someone has HIV and/or AIDS is the worst. HIV/AIDS is not a disease that should be joked about… Its incurable and deadly. I am glad Pinky XXX came out and set the record straight. I knew just by reading the “doctored” message that it wasnt possible. The dude mentioned, Darren James tested positive for HIV back in 2004.
